广州知识产权“三审合一”改革启动
9月6日，广州市两级法院全面启动知识产权“三审合一”改革试点暨广州市天河区法院“知识产权审判基层示范法院”授牌仪式在广州市中级人民法院举行。
最高人民法院副院长奚晓明出席启动仪式，为天河区法院授牌。广东省高级人民法院院长郑鄂、广州市副市长欧阳卫民、广州市中级人民法院院长刘年夫等参加启动和授牌仪式。
