全国一般公共预算收入同比增5.6%
财政部近日公布1—8月全国财政收支情况。8月份，全国一般公共预算收入扣除留抵退税因素后比上年同期增长9.5%，主要是稳经济一揽子政策成效继续显现，经济延续恢复发展态势；大规模留抵退税集中退付任务基本完成后，退税冲减收入因素明显减弱，当月全国一般公共预算收入按自然口径增长5.6%，4月份以来首次实现正增长。
1—8月累计，全国一般公共预算收入138043亿元，扣除留抵退税因素后增长3.7%，按自然口径计算下降8%；全国一般公共预算支出165177亿元，比上年同期增长6.3%。
