许俊峰1987年毕业于上海交通大学应用数学系。曾任职于上海市地下建筑设计院、上海中立计算机有限公司（上海海隆软件有限公司前身）、日本系统创造株式会社等公司。
历任申软计算机技术有限公司副总经理；中讯申软计算机技术有限公司总经理、董事长；2009年5月加入上海海隆软件有限公司，现任公司董事兼执行总裁。
